At KIWAMI Studio, we carefully inspect every product before shipment to ensure the highest quality.

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
