Shipping Policy

We carefully source authentic Japanese products and ship them directly from Japan.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time

• International shipping usually takes 5–14 business days depending on the destination country.
• Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Method

• All orders are shipped with tracking.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT (Value Added Tax), which are charged upon delivery by your local customs authority. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The amount varies by country and product type. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing an order.

 

Country-Specific Shipping Notes

Spain: If the total value of the contents and postage exceeds €45 (for personal imports), customs clearance in Spain may take more than 2 weeks.

Saudi Arabia Shipments to Saudi Arabia may experience extended customs clearance times. Delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

Philippines Please be aware that there is a risk of packages being lost during customs clearance in the Philippines. We recommend keeping track of your shipment using the provided tracking number.

Indonesia Customers in Indonesia are responsible for submitting any documentation required to receive their shipment. Please ensure all necessary paperwork is completed promptly to avoid delays.

South Korea There may be specific customs procedures required to receive your shipment in South Korea. Please check with your local customs authority for the latest requirements before placing an order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
